Kelly Roach

Editorial Assistant

Kelly is in love with the creative details and flourishes that make any occasion truly special. After finishing her undergraduate degree in marketing at The University of Texas, she worked in the communications field before moving to Phoenix, Arizona to be with her then-fiancé and begin a master’s degree in Mass Communication. While designing invitations for her own wedding, she found her true passion in creating pieces to serve as the proverbial icing on the cake for the perfect event. Kelly is now embarking on her next adventure: starting Mesquite Press, a custom stationery studio.

Amanda Hardin

Designer + Writer

Growing up in a gourmet home, cooking and entertaining was a natural transition for Amanda after graduating from MiddleTennessee State University in 2001.  Although her full-time career is in accounting as Controller of Martin & Zerfoss Insurance & Bonds in Nashville, her project-oriented nature makes her style of food and entertaining a mandatory order process.  She has been a regular entertaining contributor for Nashville Lifestyles Magazine, Nashville Lifestyles Weddings, Murfreesboro Magazine, and NashvilleLifestyles.com since 2006.  Amanda loves to create an entertaining experience for her readers that will include all the essential elements of the party from the food and drink menu to the themed tablescape all the way to the evening’s activities.  When not crunching numbers or writing articles, Amanda is most happy at home in the kitchen cooking for her husband and son and a very regular table full of friends waiting to be fed. | Photography by Wendy Hardin

Jen St. Clair

Designer

Jen started Little Sprout Creations in 2009, and since then, it has blossomed into a full-service design studio, featuring custom stationery, wedding paper goods, party styling, and small business brand design.  Jen was recently invited to join the Minted design community, and will have a collection of children’s stationery available there this winter.  Most of all, Jen loves being able to work with local non-profit organizations, providing graphic design services, party styling, and paper goods, and donates 10% of all profits to international relief efforts like Living Water International and Samaritan’s Purse.  Jen loves adventuring in and around her new town of Menlo Park, California with her husband, Luke, and two daughters, Leah and Rory.
