Back in Fall 2008, I was browsing a Barnes & Noble in Dallas, Texas and picked up The Confetti Cakes Cookbook by Elisa Strauss. Cute, I thought! I remember flipping through the pages on my plane back to Nashville and getting so excited to experiment with this sweet art. Have just recently discovered Craftsy – as I live in Central Qld in Aust it is very expensive & takes a lot of time away from family to access great cake decorating classes, so Craftsy is fast becoming an addiction.
