Back in Fall 2008, I was browsing a Barnes & Noble in Dallas, Texas and picked up The Confetti Cakes Cookbook by Elisa Strauss. Cute, I thought! I remember flipping through the pages on my plane back to Nashville and getting so excited to experiment with this sweet art. Little did I know that a few years later Elisa would be providing me a sweet endorsement for my Frostings book (summer 2013)! EEEEH. Seriously tickled pink. Elisa is beyond talented.
