{Freebie} Valentine’s Day DIY Gifts

With the winter holidays behind us, it’s time to start thinking about candy hearts, tiny chocolates, and Valentine’s Day parties! Show your family, friends, classmates and officemates some love with these simple Valentine’s Day DIY gift ideas with free printables!  Download zip file of all printable images here.

Make your child the ‘buzz’ of the classroom Valentine exchange with these sweet “Bee Mine” bumblebee valentines. Simply print onto white cardstock, cut, and poke a lollipop through the card for a head and stinger!  Have your child sign their name at the bottom and you’re all set for fun.

Kids aren’t the only one to have a little bumblebee fun!  Treat your friends and officemates to a “Bee Mine” valentine of your own, complete with a beeswax lipbalm. Just cut two small slits and slide a piece of ribbon through to secure the lip balm in place. Use a bit of double stick tape on the lip balm if it slips.

In love with our Dinosaur Valentine’s Day party? Treat your kids to sweet “Dino-Mite” treat bags. Simply cut these 3.25″ wide tags, fold, and glue onto a cellophane treat bag.  For an even easier DIY, attach these directly to a fun-size candy package. The back of each tag includes a write in “To” and “From” section for easy exchanging.

Need a creative way to package jewelry, candy, small toys and other small gifts?  These DIY 3×4″ pillow boxes are a perfect way to share some love.  Simply print and cut along the outline of the box.  Score where indicated (a butter knife works great!), fold, glue tab to secure and fold in outer flaps.  Use glue to secure box flaps, if needed.
