These are adorable – I can’t wait to make a gluten free version of them for my daughter
The receipe looks awesome and I’d love to try it, but the wording in the recipe calls for powdered sugar and in the ingredient list it doesn’t show how much powdered sugar we should use.
Hi Jenny! Good catch! Yes, there is 1/2 cup powdered sugar. I also used unsalted butter. I will let Courtney know so that the recipe is updated right away! Thanks for trying out my recipe!
What a cute idea! I think I’ll make some for my Valentine! Thanks for sharing!

Very cute
I am new to baking and I love these!! This is going to be my first baking project and I am going to try them out for my daughter’s school. My question is…I don’t think the kids will like the cranberries…will it be ok to omit them and put chocolate chips instead??
YUM!!! I love cranberries in my cookies, and these are too cute!
Can’t wait to try these! Quick Question though…how many does this recipe make? Thanks!
I am new to your blog and have fallen in love! I want to make these for my sister’s birthday on Friday. I have an odd question for you. What is the texture of these cookies? Soft….Crispy. My sister loves chocolate chip cookies….so I was going to omit the cranberries and just make them with chocolate chips, but I have no idea how it will taste. Thank you:)
Great idea!
I can’t wait to make these for my daughter’s preschool Valentine exchange!
Just pinned this to Pintrest– Love this idea!! What a fun way to eat cookies! I know my friends and family will adore getting this as a gift or a thank you!
I made these tonight. They are super cute and smell delicious but I would cut down on the amount of cranberries and white chocolate chips for ease in inserting the sticks. I also had to add a little more butter (I kneaded in approx. 2 tbs. after refrigeration) because I found the dough to be a little flakey first rolling it out.
