Tutus are all the rage now! It is easy to see why they are not just for ballet class anymore – they are so.darn.cute! I think they make the perfect birthday party outfit, full of PIZZAZZ (I have been waiting for the perfect change to say that, haha)! And you can have them customized to your party colors? Done! We love it.
