GIRL’S NIGHT! I want to scream it from the rooftops because now that even two-seconds to myself is a total commodity, a GIRL’S NIGHT is just as exciting as Christmas! I’m so ecstatic to be planning a fun girl’s night in for some chit-chat, mom advice, and of course – enjoying some delicious sips and snacks. You might have seen me write about Foodie.com before but that is the easiest place to house recipes by collections (patriotic recipes, dip recipes, perfect picnic recipes, etc).
There are thousands of recipes on Foodie.com that are easy to add to collections or you can add any of your own that you find on fave blogs or other websites. So I created a Perfect Girl’s Night In collection with 15 fabulous drink ideas and treats for yummy eating. It features a curated round-up of my fave recipes for a GNI like these Mock Raspberry Peach Bellinis made with Trop50 and served in peaches by A Subtle Revelry (so cute)!
- Pick a theme! Even if it’s just “Pink + Orange” (this post right here will help you out if so), girl’s night gets a lot cuter when it’s coordinated in a fun color scheme. Even if you just grab some pink napkins, orange plates, and pink striped straws, your GNI will be a hit!
- BYOT: Bring Your Own Treat! Invite your girlfriends to bring either a drink or a treat. You’ll discover new recipes and avoid having to pull together all the food! Win-win!
- Make it Weekly: What’s better than a Girl’s Night In? A GNI every week! Pick a TV show and rotate houses each week for a one-hour girl fest every week!
