My sweet friend Lauren Grove of Every Last Detail is quite the designer! Can you believe this was the first baby shower she’s designed since entering the event industry? Amazing! I love the unique twist on the last name “Grove” for a rustic gardening themed shower: “Growing Grove“. Clever + oh so cute. I love finding ways to make a theme your own as it makes the event far more meaningful than an ‘out of the box’ theme.

Just a few of my favorite details: the elegant s’mores cake, milk glass vases, plant favors, cake balls, word search, and natural color palette!

Lauren shared details of this sweet baby shower….
“This was my first ever baby shower that I had actually participated in since entering the event industry. Of course I couldn’t stand by and let my sister-in-law not have a cute baby shower for my very first nephew, so I stepped in at the last minute to put together her “Growing Grove” shower! When she told me that she wanted a garden theme, I knew I needed to put a spin on our shared last name, Grove.
Using the “Growing Grove” theme, I decided to do a more rustic garden style, since the shower was for a baby boy, Ezra Heath. Using my trusty Silhouette (that I discovered on Pizzazzerie) I created a few leaves, vines, and shapes to use for the decor. My favorite were the straws with leaves on them reading “Grow”!
The tables were accented with milk glass, mason jars, and herb plants, which also doubled as favors for the guests to take home. We finished everything off with a little dessert table, complete with a s’mores cake and cake pops!”
