Cheekwood Gardens Wedding, Nashville, TN

Kalyn Bowra and Colin Crosby were married in Nashville, TN with a beautiful outdoor reception held at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens. Cheekwood is one of my favorite places in Nashville – it is absolutely stunning. It is the perfect reception venue, in my mind. Of course, I love the the green bridesmaid dresses! This wedding is the epitome of southern class. It has such a fresh and beautiful appeal. It has been one of my favorites to feature by far. AND, Kalyn and Colin are also Vanderbilt alumni.

My favorite part? The lights! The Italian-style lights draw you in to the liveliness of the party! I don’t have too much planned out, I as I have mentioned before, but I WILL have little lights like these at my wedding reception. That I do know :)

Another fun aspect of this wedding? Kalyn was surprised at the reception with a box of butterflies. How neat!
