Thank you so much for the amazing blog! There are so many people that helped make July 17th Doug and my fairytale day!! Rachel did an AMAZING job and was so much fun to work with especially since she worked the venue before. I think that is one of the best tips i can give. Ask your venue for references having people who have worked in the room before can give you great insight on what would look good, great, and AMAZING. Another tip is to go to wedding shows that’s where I met Angie Brewer. She had also done many weddings at the venue and new all the great spots!! When you meet florist, photographers, DJs etc first impressions go a long way, I met both Angie and Rachel and knew it would be fun to work with them because I could talk with them like girlfriends and after looking through their portfolios I knew they had incredible talent!! Another tip is to have lots of pictures so you can show people exactly what you want!!

As the Mother of the Groom, I knew the wedding was beautiful, but would also like to commend the staff at the hotel for being so cordial/cooperative/friendly. I highly recommend the Renaissance for any occasion!

Shannon and Doug were amazing people to work with. She had every details nailed! The room and the colors blended so well together, it’s the best I’ve ever seen that space look :) Rachel also did an AH.MA.ZING job on flowers!!

HELLO, GORGEOUS! I LOVE that they incorporated colors of their venue into their wedding decor. The entire wedding looks seamless and coordinated. This is fabulous!!

wow! all i can say is OMG! so pretty. I would have never thought of pairing blue with that lovely, super gorgeous “brown” color :)
