Tis the season for cranberry! I just love Christmas because cranberries are one of my favorite foods! I especially love cranberry flavored drinks like this easy cranberry cider.

You might think this drink is a little too simple and sounds a bit crazy. Lemon lime cranberry soda… warmed with cranberry juice? Courtney, what in the world? Trust me, it’s absolutely delicious and my family asks for it every Christmas!

During the holidays, you can find lemon lime cranberry soda (Sprite Cranberry, Sierra Mist Cranberry, etc). Grab a bottle! Or two!

Many Christmas punches and drinks are a combination of fruit juices along with something fizzy like ginger ale, lemon lime soda, sparkling water, etc. By starting out with the cranberry lemon lime soda and adding pure cranberry juice too, you have the best 2-ingredient hack for a delicious “cider”.

Warm Cranberry Drink

Can you serve this Cranberry Cider cold or hot?

Yes! I love it warmed up, it’s the best swap for traditional apple cider. You can also serve it cold, of course! My kids like it cold, I love it warm. Either way is great!

If you’re serving a large group at a Christmas party, for example, keep it chilled in a large punch bowl with an ice ring or keep it warmed in a slow cooker.
