{Real Party} Pink Trim-A-Tree!
Hosting a Christmas party for kids is a fun way to enjoy the holiday season! Why not pick a unique color scheme like this gorgeous palette of pastel pink, mint green, and light blue! It gives a “winter wonderland” type feel that is oh so gorgeous. It reminds me a bit of a ballerina or tea party feel but with a holiday focus. Simply sweet! Jenny Raulli of Bloom Designs (blog: Bloom Designs) styled this “Trim A Tree” party for her 3 daughters and their close friends.
The girls arrived and received a personalized tshirt in a paint pail to wear while they were crafting. They had a personalized craftbox (made by me) at each of their place settings. It was filled with different crafts that were trees or for the tree and it also had a box of “Chirstmas Colors” ( a box of crayolas that I made a label for and covered) in it. – Jenny
sweet treats:Â The girls snacked on treewiches, snowmac and cheese, and sipped jolly juice and melted ice. Several sweets were served including ornaments, ribbons, christmas lights, north poles, ice chips, and Santa’s favorite- milk and cookies. Jenny made marshmallow pops in the party’s colors. My favorite treat she made for the party were PUSH-UP POPS! “I also loved working with the push pops for the first time! (I can see that there are so many endless options with the push pops- can’t wait fo rmy next party),” shared Jenny!
Candy Trees: Â Jenny made the three candy trees on the right of the dessert table out of different sized styrofoam cones. On one, she used ribbon and lollipops to make a lollipop tree. On the other two trees, she used taffy and pink marshmallows. This is a cute decoration for any type of holiday party!
