Coconut Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

A delicious holiday appetizer, try these coconut shrimp lettuce wraps today!
Servings 12 lettuce wraps


  • 1 package Seapak Jumbo Coconut Shrimp
  • 1 head of butter/living lettuce
  • 1 bell pepper red
  • 1 bell pepper green


  1. preheat oven to 425°f.
  2. arrange frozen shrimp in single layer on baking sheet so shrimp are not touching.
  3. bake 11 to 12 minutes or until golden brown on middle oven rack
  4. for best results, turn shrimp over after 5 minutes.
  5. dice peppers
  6. use kitchen shears to cut down large lettuce leaves into mini 'lettuce wrap' size leaves.
  7. fill each lettuce wrap with a coconut shrimp and a sprinkling of bell peppers
  8. serve alongside orange glaze (or drizzle directly on wraps)
