  • 1 cup watermelon balls
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon diced mint
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds


  1. Toss together watermelon balls with simple syrup, mint, and almonds. Serve with a garnish of mint. 

Recipe Notes

Spice things up with flavored almonds. We love using sea salt and cracked black pepper almonds, found in the salad-topper section. 

To create simple syrup, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.
