Grapefruit Mojito

A refreshing grapefruit mojito is the perfect twist on the classic mojito cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 3 ounces grapefruit juice
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • grapefruit wedges (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle together mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add the grapefruit juice and white rum. Fill with ice and shake. Strain over ice-filled cocktail glass. Top with club soda (or sparkling water). Garnish with mint leaves and grapefruit wedge slices. Note - For a sweeter mojito, add more simple syrup to taste.
