French Toast Bites

The cutest little French Toast Bites that are perfect for brunch parties!


  • 10 slices of sandwich bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

To coat:

  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon


  • Cut the sandwich bread into small pieces. Set aside.
  • In a bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon that we will use for coating, place into a plastic bag. Set aside.
  • In a bowl beat the egg with the milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
  • Coat the bread in the egg mixture.
  • Grease a skillet or pan and, over medium heat, cook the french toast bites.
  • Once they are golden brown remove from the fire.
  • Place the french toast bites into the plastic bag and shake until they are coated.
  • Serve and enjoy
