1teaspoonsalt or seasoning (such as Tajin chili lime seasoning)
Use a lime wedge to rim your glass and dip in a shallow plate or bowl of sea salt or seasoning of choice.
Muddle jalapeno slices in the bottom of glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Pour in tequila and fresh lime juice.
Fill the glass (4-5 ounces) with Topo Chico Mineral Water and stir to mix.
Garnish with extra lime wedge and extra jalapeno slices.
To make a regular ranch water cocktail (non-spicy), simply leave out the jalapenos! The tequila and lime juice should be a 2:1 ratio (tequila to lime juice) and top off with Topo Chico for a classic ranch water!
