These no-bake bird's nest cookies are so simple to make for Easter and only 5 ingredients!

Ingredients

cup
peanuts
2
cups
chow mein noodles
1
tablespoon
vegetable oil
11
ounces
butterscotch chips
(or peanut butter chips)
1/2
teaspoon
salt
mini Cadbury eggs
to fill your bird's nest!
Instructions
Combine nuts and chow mein noodles in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Combine vegetable oil, butterscotch chips and salt in a microwavable bowl. Melt in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring well between intervals.
Pour melted butterscotch over nuts and noodles. Stir well to coat.
Spray clean hands with non-stick cooking spray to make it easier to mold nests from the mixture.
Form 2-inch nests while the mixture is warm and lay out on parchment or wax paper.
Allow to cool and peel off paper.
Fill each bird's nest cookie with mini chocolate eggs!
