Blueberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups unsifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries from frozen
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cream the butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the extracts and eggs, one at a time, and beat until blended.
- Add in the flour, baking soda and salt. The dough will be thick.
- Mix in white chocolate chips and blueberries. The more you stir in the blueberries, the more the blue juices will color your cookie dough (I love this look!).
- Scoop out small rounds on to a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
