Fire Grilled Chicken Tenders & Mexican Rice

Ingredients

vegetable oil

cup
uncooked long-grain rice
¾
teaspoon
ground cumin

teaspoon
all-purpose seasoning
½
cup
tomato sauce
1
clove
garlic
minced
½
cup
chopped onion
2
cups
chicken broth
1
bag of Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Classic Style Tenders
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and add in rice. Add in cumin and all-purpose seasoning and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add in tomato sauce, garlic, chopped onion and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and allow to simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Heat Fire Grilled Tenders according to package.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for several minutes. Slide in wooden skewer. Serve chicken skewers over rice.
