Tropical Blue Sangria

This easy Tropical Blue Sangria combines crisp white wine, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, and blue curaçao for a gorgeous summer cocktail that's perfect for parties, pool days, and entertaining. Top with bubbly Sprite and plenty of fresh fruit for the ultimate tropical pitcher drink!

Ingredients

1 750 ml bottle dry white wine
½ cup blue curaçao
¾ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 to 3 cups Sprite or lemon-lime soda chilled (adjust to taste)

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and fresh lemon juice.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, ideally at least 2 hours or up to overnight. You CAN serve it right away if necessary!
Just before serving, stir in the chilled Sprite.
Add plenty of ice along with orange slices, lemon slices, pineapple wedges, and maraschino cherries.
Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with additional fresh fruit if desired.

Notes

A crisp Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio works beautifully.
Add the Sprite just before serving to keep the sangria bubbly.
Chill every ingredient before mixing for the best flavor.
Freeze pineapple chunks or citrus slices instead of using extra ice to keep your sangria from becoming diluted.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The bubbles will soften over time, so add a splash of fresh Sprite before serving again.
