Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° degrees F.
Slice baguette into 1/4″ slices and arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet. It should make about 30 slices, depending on the size of the baguette. Lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
Bake until lightly golden, approximately 5-7 minutes.
Allow crostini to cool to touch.
Spread a layer of burrata cheese on each crostini.
Top with fresh blackberries, chopped or whole (or a mix!).
Next, top with flaky salt and micro-greens or herbs.
