Mini Biscoff Pies!

Ingredients

pie crusts
or 16 mini pies
1/2
cup
white sugar
1/2
cup
brown sugar
2
eggs
1/4
cup
all-purpose flour
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
cup
butter
melted
1
cup
crunchy Biscoff spread
you can certainly use creamy too
Buttercream Topping
1/2
cup
creamy Biscoff spread
2
cups
powdered sugar
2-3
tablespoons
heavy cream or milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pierce pie crusts with a fork on bottom and sides. Pre-bake for 10 minutes.
Combine sugars, eggs, flour, vanilla, butter, and biscoff and mix well.
Pour into pie crusts and lower oven temperature to 325 degrees F.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
For frosting topping, beat together Biscoff, sugar, and cream until fluffy. Pipe a swirl on center! Enjoy!
