Ingredients
Nutty Finger Cookie

butter
melted
1 1/2
cups
powdered sugar

flour
2
teaspoons
vanilla
1/4
teasoon salt
2
tablespoons
water
1 1/2
cups
pecans
chopped
Instructions
Cream the butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until fluffy. Then add the flour,
vanilla, salt, water and mix until well blended. Form the cookies into small 1-inch
balls and bake at 350 for 20 to 22 minutes. Cool and roll in the remaining 1 cup of
powdered sugar. Yields: 60
