Peach Sorbet
This super easy peach sorbet is made with only 3 ingredients plus a little water. It's smooth, delicious and perfect for a summer treat!

(about 6 peaches)

lime juice
(or lemon juice)
Instructions
Peel and slice peaches. Freeze peach slices. Alternately, you can use store-bought frozen peaches if you don't have fresh peaches.
In a blender or food processor, add sugar and pulse until texture becomes fine. Pour sugar out into a separate bowl.
Add in frozen peaches, water and lime juice.
Process until smooth and creamy. Add in sugar and blend again until combined. Add more water (2 tablespoons at a time) as needed to help blend.
Pour into a 1 lb. loaf pan or ice cream tray. Top with a sheet of wax paper. Place peach sorbet in the freezer.
When ready to serve, let peach sorbet sit out a few minutes to soften slightly. Serve and enjoy!
