Raspberry Pancake Poppers

raspberries
fresh or frozen

flour

Egg

buttermilk

Tbsp
sugar

tsp
vanilla

tsp
baking powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a cupcake pan.
In a bowl mix the flour, egg, buttermilk, sugar, vanilla, and baking powder until everything's well incorporated.
Divide the batter between the cupcake pan.
Press some raspberries on top and take to the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
