Ingredients

onion

V8 juice (plain or spicy)

Instructions
In a large pot, saute onions in olive oil until they're transparent.
Add all additional ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve with grilled cheese, ham biscuits, or enjoy on its own!
Notes
Garnish with croutons, chopped basil, crumbled bacon, or fresh diced tomatoes!
