Walnut, Brie & Cherry Tarts

Ingredients

phyllo cups
1/2
cup
tart cherry preserves
1/2
small round brie
1/4
cup
diced walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dice brie into 24 small pieces.
Place one piece of brie into each phyllo cup and top with a small spoonful of tart cherry preserves.
Top with a sprinkle of walnuts.
Bake for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
