Ingredients

large cabbage

carrot

light oil

dry mustard

teaspoon
celery seed

tablespoon
salt
Instructions
Combine shredded cabbage, onion, pepper, and carrot in a mixing bowl. Top with sugar.
Combine the vinegar, oil, dry mustard, celery seed, and salt in a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a brisk boil and then pour over cabbage.
Refrigerate overnight and serve!
