Ever had the dream of having a destination wedding on a gorgeous beach full of fresh flowers, your family and friends, tropical colors, and the blue water in front of you? That’s exactly what Jess & Ryan Dorenberg enjoyed for their Key Largo, Florida destination wedding in March. I have to say that there is something so romantic about getting out of the normal routine of your city and traveling to a tropical locale for a romantic weekend. It’s like starting your honeymoon early!

My favorite parts of this Key Largo wedding? The bride’s gorgeous flowers designed by Petals With Pizzazz. Moss balls + flowers were strung up as decor. Gorgeous + colorful! I also love the “getaway boat” decorated with colorful ribbons! The simplicity + elegance of this romantic beachside wedding is what truly makes it amazing…

Who else wants to hop on a plane to the nearest beach? I DO! The rich blue waters + sunset colors allowed the couple to use simple decor. This is a great tip for beachside events: the surroundings provide natural decor so stay simple!

Looking for hanging paper lanterns similar to the ones seen in this wedding? Head to Luna Bazaar – they have a wide variety in every color!

After meeting in college, Shana and Josh dated for seven years before tying the knot on a gorgeous June day, and things could not have been more perfect! The ceremony was held outdoors in front of a sparkling waterfall at Branches in NJ, and in … { Continue Reading }

Navy and Coral Bridesmaid Luncheon Navy and coral are two of my favorite colors and coincidentally make a fabulous color combo! I styled this bridesmaid luncheon in the bride's colors this past weekend. The luncheon was held at Mere Bulles in Brentwood, TN.  Tall flower vases filled with an array of coral and pink flowers lined the long table. I love height and found fabulous flowers that fit the … { Continue Reading }

Coral Carolina Wedding

Southport Coral Wedding

Coral Wedding With summer around the corner, I'm probably not the only one dreaming of white sand beaches and coral reefs. This wedding captures the essence of the beautiful North Carolina outer banks.  The wedding was held at the Southport Community Building in Southport, North Carolina. I'm lucky to know this bride, Brooks Lester Murphrey, a sweet friend from my North Carolina days.  She had … { Continue Reading }
