Tropical Destination Wedding

Ever had the dream of having a destination wedding on a gorgeous beach full of fresh flowers, your family and friends, tropical colors, and the blue water in front of you? That’s exactly what Jess & Ryan Dorenberg enjoyed for their Key Largo, Florida destination wedding in March. I have to say that there is something so romantic about getting out of the normal routine of your city and traveling to a tropical locale for a romantic weekend. It’s like starting your honeymoon early!

My favorite parts of this Key Largo wedding? The bride’s gorgeous flowers designed by Petals With Pizzazz. Moss balls + flowers were strung up as decor. Gorgeous + colorful! I also love the “getaway boat” decorated with colorful ribbons! The simplicity + elegance of this romantic beachside wedding is what truly makes it amazing…

Who else wants to hop on a plane to the nearest beach? I DO! The rich blue waters + sunset colors allowed the couple to use simple decor. This is a great tip for beachside events: the surroundings provide natural decor so stay simple!

I have always loved the ocean and love anything tropical. If the weather wasn’t so un-predictable, I’d have a wedding on the beach when I finally get married. I loved this wedding and the attention to details. I especially love the place cards.
