If you’ve been seeing this TikTok berry cobbler all over social media, you’re not alone. This simple berry cobbler comes together in minutes and tastes like a homemade fruit cobbler with almost no effort. It’s the perfect last-minute dessert for summer gatherings, cookouts, and weeknight treats.
The original recipe calls for Sweet Loren’s sugar cookie dough, but I couldn’t find it at my store, so I used Trader Joe’s sugar cookie dough instead. Mine happened to be flower-shaped, which made it extra cute! It worked perfectly, proving just how easy and forgiving this recipe really is. I think just about any refrigerated sugar cookie dough will work here.

How to Make 2 Ingredient Berry Cobbler
This can almost not even be called a “recipe” because it’s so easy.
- Pour frozen berries into a baking dish. I used a mix of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. Use whatever mix you like!
- Top with sugar cookie dough (unbaked) evenly along the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on the oven as different sugar cookie dough might need a little longer. Rule of thumb is to use the package instructions for the dough you are using.

Serve this viral berry cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and don’t be surprised if everyone asks for the recipe. It’s one of those easy desserts that feels almost magical for how little effort it takes.

- Break apart the sugar cookie dough and arrange pieces evenly over the berries.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the berries are bubbling and the cookie topping is lightly golden brown. Ovens vary and so does sugar cookie dough, so check packaging times for your sugar cookie dough.
