A Gingerbread Doghouse & More Gingerbread Inspiration!

The holiday season means one thing around our house…gingerbread houses! My Mom has been making them for years and years so building gingerbread houses is a more than just a tradition! It’s our seasonal way of life. We even helped Blakely and all her little two year old playmates make gingerbread houses this year!

My Mom made the ULTIMATE Gingerbread Doghouse this year that I know all dog-lovers will enjoy! Remember, get creative and think outside the “house” for your gingerbread creations this year. Shall we take a look at a few?

This gingerbread doghouse had everything from dogs peeking out every window and of course, mistletoe too! If you want to create your own gingerbread doghouse, be on the lookout for dog ornaments that you can use (or dog figurines).

This winter wonderland house by Wilton reminds me of a snowy white Christmas! If only Nashville actually got much snow! Regardless, this house is too cute and actually quite easy to make with sanding sugar and clear crystal sprinkles!
