Nashville Tour with Lindt Chocolate
A couple of weeks ago, I had the honor of helping Lindt Chocolate host a retreat here in Nashville for 6 local Nashville influencers! Our focus was taking time for self-care now that our kids are back in school. We visited some popular Nashville spots with the group so I wanted to share a bit more about where we went, where we stayed, and more details on the chocolate – yum!
While I wish I could have had all of you along in Nashville for the fun, I do have a pretty fabulous (and delish) way for you to take a moment of self-care. How does chocolate and a movie sound? All you have to do is purchase 2 bags of LINDOR (5.1oz or larger) truffles, and you get a free movie download (through the end of September). So grab your girlfriends or just enjoy a night-in with the family because who doesn’t love chocolate and a movie?! Click here for more details about the free movie download.
Thank you to Evin Photography for the gorgeous photos!
Nashville Tour
We stayed at the Vandyke in East Nashville. It’s a charming and modern “Bed & Beverage” with alcohol-themed rooms. Oh yes, like the wine room and the gin room. They have a cute courtyard and an amazing bar so I highly recommend this spot for wedding parties, girls’ weekends, etc!
I helped the Lindt team pull together the gift baskets and goodies for the retreat. LINDOR chocolate and fuzzy robes? Match made in heaven.
First up, we headed to a place I had been dying to try, Poppy and Monroe, for manicures and pedicures. I loved the atmosphere and their beauty and skin products. I couldn’t help but do a little shopping while we were there and found the cutest earrings!
Poppy and Monroe would be a must-stop on a girl’s weekend or bachelorette party!
Next, we headed back to the “Champagne Suite” at the Vandyke for some chocolate education. I’ll go back to any type of schooling if my education revolves around chocolate! Ha! Ann, one of the fabulous Lindt Master Chocolatier’s guided us through a tour of how chocolate is made and what makes Lindt chocolate so amazing! I have had the pleasure of meeting Ann several times when I attended the Golden Globes with Lindt, and she knows her stuff!
There is truly not much better than a delicious cheese and chocolate board!
Next, we headed to dinner at Lockeland Table. It was wonderful and accommodating for a large group. We loved the farm-to-table focus and the meal was incredible!
For the end of the night, we cozied up for a movie night – with LINDOR chocolates in hand, of course! You can check out all the other Nashville influencers from the links below!
- Beaus and Ashley
- Modern Day Moguls
- Mrs. Southern Social
- Nashville Wifestyles
- Certified Celebrator
- Pizzazzerie
Don’t forget, you can have your own chocolate movie night because Lindt is giving you a free movie download (details at the top of the post). Which flavor will you buy? I have to say, I’m a big fan of the LINDOR Fudge Swirl truffles with a swirled white and dark chocolate melting center. It’s the perfect indulgence!
The next morning, we all headed to BlossOMing Yoga in East Nashville to get our zen on. We absolutely LOVED the class and were so relaxed after. This would be a great addition to a girls’ weekend as well!
Next, we headed to a Tea & Chocolate Pairing at High Garden Tea. Now this place was SO cool. The owners walked us through the pairing and told us about how they started their tea shop. They were so knowledgeable about teas!
After tea, we hopped over to Marche for brunch. If you have never been to Marche, it is a MUST! It’s a Nashville favorite, for sure! Add it in to a Nashville visit, and you will not be disappointed!
Lastly, the group headed over to my favorite stop on the Nashville tour, The Candle Bar, to hand-pour our own candles. This was absolutely the neatest part of the retreat for me. The Candle Bar was not only beautiful but made us feel so welcome as we sipped drinks and made our own candles. They walked us through every step of the process from selecting our fragrances to pouring the hot wax. Can you spot me above focusing very intently on the step-by-step for my candle making? Haha!
I highly recommend The Candle Bar. They actually have a huge selection of more masculine-scents as well so if you’re in town on a couples trip or with guys, it might be fun to bring them along too! Plus, their shop had tons of fun finds for guys and girls.
There you have it! I hope to do another Nashville post soon with other personal hotspots, but our Nashville Lindt Retreat was an absolute blast! I hope you’re inspired to treat yourself to a girl’s weekend or at the very least, indulge in a LINDOR truffle. Self-care, friends! It can be as easy as a 5 minute break for chocolate.
If you have any Nashville questions, leave them in the comments below and I’ll try to round them up for a big Nashville post soon! And don’t forget to visit LindtMovieNight.com!
Courtney-This sounds like a fabulous time! Thank you for the all of the wonderful information and recommendations for places to enjoy and visit. You are just the BEST!❤️
I am actually thinking about relocating to Nashville soon! Any recommendations for a non-TN native new to town?
