All the ingredients are prepped, labeled, and ready to use. Basically, you don’t have to buy 6 bottles of various sauces and dressings for which you’ll only use 2 teaspoons from. HELLO. For that reason alone, I’m a huge fan of these meal kits, especially ones you can grab at your neighborhood Kroger and not have to have shipped in on a rotation. This is so much easier.

I tried out the Vienamese-Inspired Spicy Lemongrass Pork. It sounded delicious and did not disappoint, I especially loved the dressing for the cabbage salad. It was truly ready in 20 minutes, they weren’t lying! They give you all the chef tips (even calories too) to prepare the meal. Mine had a bit of spice to it, but they detailed the steps to either cut back on the heat or add more if you love spicy foods!

I love that I didn’t have to “think too much” when I was cooking because my mind is usually on a million other things. When I’m throwing a dinner party, I tend to put so much time and effort into the tablescape that I sort of “forget” about the entire reason for the dinner party…DINNER! I’ll be the first to admit that. I absolutely LOVE that I could grab several boxes of this lemongrass pork meal (or one of the others) and cook them all together in one batch for a crowd. I love pizza, but we’ve done pizza or other take-out too many times. I want to really feel like I’ve cooked for my friends at a dinner party and this is the life-saver way! And still time for a cute tablescape…whew!

What will you do with all the time you save? Isn’t that the best question? Time is such a precious commodity, especially if you have little ones at home like I do. Anything that puts a fresh, flavorful meal on the table in minutes while giving me some extra “free time” is close to a miracle in my book!

I can’t wait to try out the Carne Asada steak next! My husband loves Carne Asada, so I know it’ll be a hit at home!
