Vermont Daiquiri Recipe
1 ½ oz Zaya Rum
½ oz Carpano Antica Formula
¾ Lime Juice
½ oz maple syrup
2 dashes of angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Beat separately yolks and whites of 6 eggs
Add ½ cup of sugar to yolks while beating
Add ¼ cup of sugar to white after they have been beaten very stiff
Mix egg whites with yolks
Stir in 1 pint of cream and 1 pint of milk
Add a pint of Four Roses and 1 oz. Jamaica Rum
Stir thoroughly
Makes 5 pints of grandest eggnog ever ladled into a cup. Serve very cold with grated nutmeg.
Brazilian Pumpkin Frappe Recipe
1 ½ oz Cabana Cachaça
½ oz Jamaican Rum
1 whole egg
½ oz Half n Half
½ oz Maple syrup
2 Dashes Fee’s Aromatic bitters
1 Heaping teaspoon of Organic Pumpkin pie mix
Top with Cinnamon and Nutmeg

The pumpkin frappe looks wonderful! I’m going to try it with my book club before we get too close to the Holidays. My college-age son says: “I think Mom’s drinking club has a book problem”.
