I love sipping champagne at New Year’s, but sometimes you don’t want to drink it all night long. This cocktail is one I could sip on all.night.long! Marrying caffeine with salted caramel and making it boozy? Is this real life? Heaven? Yes.

Now if you want to add a little pizzazz to the rims of your cocktail glasses, follow along! Pour out corn syrup in a small plate. On another plate, pour out white sanding sugar and even a dash of gold edible stars! Flip the glass over once in the corn syrup and then place down in the sanding sugar mix. Ta-da!
