Every once in awhile…and I mean on a very rare occasion…I do discuss salads here on Pizzazzerie! I know, not nearly as fun as sugary treats and cocktails but this one does have champagne in it, so it’s totally allowed. Plus, it’s perfect for serving on New Year’s Eve (especially to offset all those Christmas cookies). Romaine leaves and seasoned breadsticks are the perfect combo with this creamy champagne dressing. Now, you can tailor it to your favorite flavors with skewered vegetables like cherry tomatoes, for example. It’s a similar idea to individual veggies and dip, but salad style!

New Year's Eve: Champagne SaladServe a tray of these champagne salads to guests as they arrive to your New Year’s Eve party! Obviously, you can follow them with some sweet treats like champagne bubbly cupcakes! Add in some fun gold party horns and confetti napkins for the perfect New Year’s Eve recipe! If you’re looking for a non-breakable way to serve these salads (especially if you have little ones around), you can use disposable clear cups. Also, another way to mix it up is use cheese straws instead of bread sticks for the “crouton”. There are lots of possibilities for this salad! New Year's Eve Champagne Salad RecipeNew Year's Eve Champagne Salad Recipe
