This is how I plan to celebrate my 40th – with a fantastic party full of family, friends, and fun! My sweet friend Jenny of Bloom Designs is the stylist behind this monogrammed fete! Her etsy party shop is also a great place to find adorable party finds! From the drinks station (oh my WOW) to the tons of darling little treats (macarons, mini donuts, a cake almost too pretty to eat), this party has it all! What a way to ring in 40! Birthday Girl Jennifer loves all things traditional and feminine but with a career in the fashion industry – she’s quickly developed a love for geometric patterns and bold colors. A preppy pink and orange monogrammed party was the perfect fit!
Jenny found a wooden monogram online and used the same design on the all of the paper goods. The bright color scheme of fuchsia and apricot keeps the party fresh and modern. Behind the dessert table, she hung a white wooden window which she bought at a salvage yard and restored. in the center of it, she mounted the monogram – CUTE!
The three-tier ombre dot cake was the focal point of the table, which included all things pink and orange- raspberry mousse, cake pops, cheesecake mousse with orange gelee (from Amy Atlas), personalized mini chocolate bars, macarons, mini donuts and homemade marshmallows.
The drink station featured mimosa pops, Jell-O shot and kir royales with rock candy stirrers. Personalized wine and water bottles, pink and orange dot candies, and a photo of the birthday girl and her husband filled the shelves. Guest took home mini champagne bottle that Jenny had glittered (tutorial found here) with a tag thanking them for popping in.
Invitations, labels, mini monograms, and more can be found right here! Pop by and pick them up so you can throw your own party!
