Summer Fairy Princess Birthday Party!
This sweet party has us dreaming of fairy wings, darling treats, and an afternoon spent running in the park! Jennifer of Inspiring Giggles created this Summer Fairy Birthday Party for her daughter! “My daughter absolutely loves her “My Very Own Fairy Tale” book from ISEEME.com. She runs around the house with her wings on and so for her 3rd birthday she was crowned the “Fairy Princess,” just like in her book.” Look at these darling details…
“We enjoyed brunch in the park. The walkway to our party area was lined with little fairies, flowers and toadstools. Leading the guest to a brunch table of mini quiche, cranberry scones, pecan rolls, tea sandwiches, donuts and more. The delicious sweets table include fresh fruit, raspberry macarons, oreo sprinkled oreo cakesters, flower cake pops and vanilla, chocolate and lemon cupcakes. The kids loved the edible fairies, flowers, butterflies and ladybugs on their cupcakes. The chocolate filled toadstools were both beautiful decoration and a delicious treats! I was inspired by an amazing 3D cake done by The Artisan Cake Company and asked a local baker (and friend) to create a 3D cake that would match the invitation done by Paper & Pigtails. It was amazing. Everyone loved the detail.
I knew I wanted to make a personalized moss wreath with Gabriella’s initial and when I found a tutorial on making a baby’s breath pom (Dear Lillie blog) it would be the perfect combination. Beautiful and so girlie, just like our little one.
The kids all got their own set of wings and flew around the park playing and laughing. Gabriella loved her party and still talks about it. She was quite a tired fairy once all the festivities were over but we have gorgeous photos to remember every detail. Each child would remember the sweetness of the party from their flower cake pop favors, fairy wand bubbles and of course their wings.”
