Winter Wonderland Birthday Party
How do you combine a surprise party + milestone birthdays ranging from 40 to 10 + a party for boys and girls? Marcie Lenick tackled this combo in style by throwing a winter wonderland themed soiree perfect for celebrating Mom’s 40th and two sons turning 13 and 10! This was surely a party that appealed to all ages. This is a perfect party theme for January birthdays and celebrations since it’s still  winter but the holidays are behind us.
Martha Stewart’s hot cocoa mix was served up with homemade marshmallows as favors along with delicious cake pops. Other treats included pudding parfait shots, chocolate dipped marshmallows, pretzels and cupcakes were the hit of the party! Family photos printed in black and white adorned the party giving it a personal touch!
Get the look by printing off family photos in black and white as well as milestone birthday dates and attaching to lollipop sticks to create cupcake toppers! Use a variety of white desserts and white decor mixed with glittering silver decorations for a winter theme!

I love the color scheme for this party. How fun to be able to tie all three birthdays together.
Thx so much Courtney for featuring my party! As always, TRULY honored to have my work featured on your site. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! xoxo
I love the color combo! The cookie pops are adorable. Great favors too, yum marshmallows.
So Beautiful! Happy New New Year Courtney wish you a wonderful and blessed year xo
What a beautiful color scheme! I really like the silver touches – magical! just like a snowy winter day :)
What activities would you recommend to go along with this theme for a 12 year old birthday party?
Love it, Love it, Love it. I am not craftie at all, but I could make most of these party ideas above. My daughter did get the gene so I could have help if needed. Do you have any ideas for a 50th wedding anniversary that I will probably have to throw for myself next September? I am going try to get him to renew our vows, find a wedding dress from goodwill (I am a 12 not an 6). Any ideas? Karen Stults
