Cute & GLAM Disco Birthday Party!

We are super excited to share a cute GLAM DISCO Party all the way from Australia! Styled by Sensationally Sweet Events, this birthday party was for a very lucky 12 year old girl! Some of our fave colors – black + white + hot pink combined with gold made for a very glitz + glam disco party!  You’ll find lots of cute steal-worthy ideas. Like painted homemade cake stands? Gold + Hot Pink! We are loving those and their sequined trim.

MORE PARTY IDEAS WE ARE LOVING:

• Old pasta jars were sprayed gold and glammed up with mod podge and pink glitter plus a band of sequined trim to fill with fresh flowers and a plastic Ikea ‘Grab a Glowstick’  frame got the mod podge and gold glitter treatment.
• Justine’s friend Jenny from Concept Designs created the gold glitter ball backdrop and matching printable accessories for the table.
• We love the hand-painted metallic gold gumball machine again (first created for my Burlesque table here) filled with hot pink sixlets and personalised milk chocolate bars sat on a vintage serving tray covered with diamante bling.
• A quickly made glitter cardstock ‘bling’ garland brightened up the front of the table.

Aren’t the wrapped chocolate bars with the glam “JULIA” design so cute? I love that idea for a cute + personalized favor treat. And the gumball machine? I have an old one that I’m not inspired to go spray gold + use for parties! Woo-hoo! This party definitely has us dreaming of glitz + glam.
