Pinkalicious Party

I recently discovered the popular children’s book, Pinkalicious, so when reader Vanessa Harp sent in this Pinkalicious Party for her coworker’s daughter – we were ecstatic to share it with you! If only this cute book series existed when I was little! This party is TOO cute for any pink-lovers out there. Something else I adore about this party?! Everything was purchased at Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, and Target – all stores you hopefully have near you!

Chocolate covered marshmallows are one of my favorite birthday treats! I love them because they’re easy to decorate with candy melts (find at Michaels or online via Wilton). I love the sprinkles that Vanessa and her friends added as well!

Vanessa shared, “Inspired by the popular children’s book Pinkalicious, my 2 co-workers and I designed this EVERYTHING pink party for one of their daughters.  The dessert table included sparkly star cookie wands, chocolate & sprinkle dipped marshmallow truffles, chocolate dipped oreo pops & twisty pretzels, and chex mix cups.  For the cake, we made a Pinkalicious cupcake tower with giant version of the cupcake on top.  The desserts, decorations, and printables were all made by us using supplies and favors from Hobby Lobby, Michaels and Target.”

  1. Fantastic job recreating Pinkalicious! We are a pinkalicious household, my 4yo LOVES Pinkalicious and my 8yo had her love affair when it first came out. It’s been on my reading list for sooo long! My daughters would squeal with delight over this party.

  2. Wow – pink overload – LOVE IT. And, my daughter loves the Pinkalicious stories – such a cute theme for a party. I love seeing parties that aren’t the typical cartoon characters. LOVING the giant cupcake with the tiara at its base.

Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! You have talent!! Name is great…You should have seen what these 3 did for my retirement party—-all Green and White (our healthcare system colors). All those that attended were VERY Impressed and they really raised the bar for employee retirement ‘Tea’s’! Thank You!!!

  4. I love the printables. How did you do that? Where did you get the graphics?

  5. Awesome party ideas!! How did you make those super cute paper tags on the wrapped treats and bags?
