Purple Cowgirl Party!
Purple Cowgirl Party from Thoughtfully Simple
Born in Texas and currently living in Nashville, TN has turned me into quite the cowgirl! I adore cowboy boots to a max, so this party that Tori of Thoughtfully Simple designed for her daughter London had me “ooh-ing” and “aah-ing”! To top it off, purple is one of my favorite colors!
Tori is the editor behind one of the top party sites online so you *know* her daughter’s party is going to be amazing and it was! Here are a few pictures and details, but you can head over to Thoughtfully Simple to see more pictures and party ideas too!
Darling, right? I had a similar toy when I was younger – one of my favorites! And she got them from a nearby dollar store – great find!
This takes the cake. This WANTED poster that Tori made is absolutely the cutest decoration for a cowgirl party! And I must say, her daughter is a doll! Model in the making! Tori got the idea from Erin Volante.
These gingham cupcake liners from The Cupcake Social are so perfect for this western theme! And Tori gave a fabulous tip for busy hostesses!
“The night before the party, pre-scoop ice cream and place in paper cups. Fill a couple of trays and place in the freezer. Then when it comes cake and ice cream, you can easily pass them out and ditch manning the ice cream scoop.”
She got the cute idea for Cowgirl Cookies in a jar from Bakerella. What a neat way to send the girls’ home with a sweet treat that they can use another day as they surely got their sugar fix at the party!
Simple bales of hay made for fabulous photo props and decorations!
Tori found the cute wooden cutlery and striped bags from Fort & Field! The pennant banners are super cute and she even had horseshoes placed along the dirt path.
