Along with March Madness comes the “munch bunch”! Pull out your crowd-pleasing recipes to cheer on your favorite team (Pizzazzerie will always be partial to Vanderbilt!). Come on over, the door is open, and the game is just getting started. Let the centerpiece be a hurricane lamp filled with small sports balls.

Win-Win Dip
1 package Neufchatel cheese, grated
1 cup Salsa
1 small can sliced black olives
4 scallions, chopped
1 pound Cojack cheese, grated
Spread the Neufchatel cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour the salsa over the cheese, then sprinkle the olives and scallions. Top with the grated Cojack cheese. Bake covered at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve this dip with Tortilla chips and be prepared to hand out the recipe!
