Colorful Orange + Lime Wedding: A Citrus Dessert Table

colorful orange and green wedding dessert table

So I’m one to talk because my wedding last June was loaded with black and white details (I did have some green in there though!), however, I think color is a fun way to add little pops of pizzazz throughout your wedding. In this gorgeous dessert display, Amy of One Divine Party used a pallete of orange, yellow and lime green. Doesn’t that just scream “foot loose + fancy free” summer wedding? So fun!

  • Twine around the cocktail glasses? Love it.
  • Layered fruit and jello pana cottas? Delish + cute.
  • “Sweet Love” favor treats!

Amy shared, “The editor of Portland Bride & Groom asked us to be a part of the dessert spread and we were so thrilled with the citrus hues inspiration they gave us!  We wanted to bring a table of sunshine and joy with different textures and sweets, allowing brides to not be scared of these bright hues and how they can be paired together to create a jaw dropping happy dessert table.  Our favorite desserts were the jello and pana cotta shots, which were easy to do just took some patience.  Then we loved the meringue and whipped cream cups as well, of course adorned with cute flags.  We wanted the table to be overall very clean, modern and timeless so the graphics really helped to capture that.  To add a little whimsy and go along with our Portland reputation Soiree Special Event Planning found the adorable cake topper, which we love!”

How gorgeous is the full display? This makes me want to throw a CITRUS themed party! What I love about party features is that you can pull ideas and use them for any type of celebration. I’m obviously not having another wedding but that doesn’t mean I can’t pull ideas from this fun wedding display to throw an end-of-summer citrus dinner party or a girl’s night soiree.

Aren’t the favors even darling? Are you inspired to throw a party now?! I sure am!
