Wedding Showcase: Pink, White, & Black
Wedding Showcase: Pink, Black, & White
Blush pinks, white, and black make this wedding classic and simply gorgeous. The beautiful bride welcomed me with open arms both to Vanderbilt University as well as our sorority (Chi Omega). I will always think of her as a mentor and dear friend. Her wedding was nothing short of stunning.
White carnation balls were used at the altar along with black vases filled with lilies and hydrangeas. The reception was covered in 3 types of pink and white roses as well as hydrangeas. Rose balls adorned the table centerpieces and the main table had 5 large arrangements with 500 roses and hydrangeas combined in each! A girl’s dream! Letting flowers stand as the main decor is not only classic but breathtaking.
A monogram of the couple was designed on a wedding runner. The monogram adds to the classic feel of this stunning, Nashville wedding!
My favorite part? Kerri designed the bridesmaid dresses herself! Yes, she is Kerri of Kerried Away Couture. Ever wanted to design your own dress or skirt? At Kerried Away Couture, you can choose from various styles, fabrics, and details to fit your style! Kerri’s bridesmaid dresses were the “Patricia” dress with a bow detail. The bow is detachable so the girls can take them off after the wedding for a different look.
And for dessert? The groom’s favorite, chocolate mouse, was served along with this gorgeous cake! I love this cake – stunning.
