Gold Wishbone New Year’s Eve Favors

I‘ll be taking the next couple of days off but before I go, I wanted to share one last idea! Looking for a simple favor or decor idea for your New Year’s Eve party or just a sweet little favor for a neighbor or friend? Look no further! I love this easy and simple idea (from my Mom!) for a gold wishbone favor. You can give it as a little ornament, use as a napkin ring or place setting favor, or even wrap onto a gift of treats. You only need a few little items to make these gold wishbone New Year’s Eve favors!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

wishbone
gold spray paint
ribbon of choice
hot glue
“wishing you a happy new year” note (print or write on paper)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Be sure your wishbone is clean and dry. Spray paint it with two coats of a metallic gold spray paint. Let dry completely.
2. Use a dab of hot glue to adhere on a ribbon for either decoration or extra ribbon for hanging or looping onto the top of a gift.
3. Either print out a little saying (like “wishing you a happy new year”) and cut excess paper away. Loop around wishbone and adhered with another small dab of glue. You could also hand-write this!
4. Ta-Da! Easy and cute!
