Sip Sip Hooray!
Spring has officially arrived, and we’re kicking things off with a recipe for Lemon Drop Sparkletinis with one of my favorite bloggers, Ashley from Sugar & Cloth! Excuse me, but how adorable is this jellybean garnish? Easy + colorful + tasty = the best kind of DIY in my opinion. Right? I shall now drink all cocktails with a jellybean stirrer, you too? Plus, how delish is this lemon cocktail? Perfectly refreshing for spring. My husband and I love La Croix and always have it on hand. Whip up a tray of these sparkletinis for your girlfriends (or coworkers – hello happy hour) and delight in the cutest jellybean garnish ever. Now I want to make a jelly bean garland, jelly bean necklace, jelly bean ribbed coasters…AAH, I can’t be stopped! Also, can I please have a live-in nanny and approximately 2343 additional hours a day, mmk thank you!
Lemon Drop Sparkletini
- 3 oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
- Splash of lemon La Croix
Shake lemon vodka over ice, then strain into a martini glass.
Add a splash over lemon soda water, garnish with jelly bean drink stirrers, and voila!
