Easy Sparkling Lemon Drop Cocktail

Plus, how delish is this lemon cocktail? Perfectly refreshing for spring. My husband and I love La Croix and always have it on hand.

Whip up a tray of these sparkletinis for your girlfriends (or coworkers – hello happy hour) and delight in the cutest jellybean garnish ever.

Now I want to make a jelly bean garland, jelly bean necklace, jelly bean ribbed coasters…AAH, I can’t be stopped! Also, can I please have a live-in nanny and approximately 2343 additional hours a day, mmk thank you!

Lemon Drop Sparkletini

You will love this easy lemon drop cocktail! It's only 2 ingredients and so refreshing!
SERVINGS 1
Prep Time 2 minutes
Total Time 2 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
  • 1 splash Lemon La Croix

Instructions
 

  • Shake lemon vodka over ice, then strain into a martini glass.
  • Add a splash over lemon soda water, garnish with jelly bean drink stirrers, and voila!
