delicious lemon frozen yogurt cups you can make with any flavor! If you’re like me, then you’re obsessed with a tasty, frozen treat to beat the heat this summer! It’s well into the 90s this summer here in Nashville so I’ve been relying on anything and everything COLD. I created these lemon frozen yogurt cups and my family loves them. Even my two-year old daughter who is quite the picky eater just loves these and asks for “lemmy cups” every day!

What I love most about these lemon frozen yogurt cups is that they’re made with Greek yogurt! It’s a treat I can feel good about giving to Blakely. I’m thrilled to partner with Yoplait this year to share some exciting and tasty ideas, including this one! Their yogurt contains no high fructose corn syrup, and their Yoplait Light (my personal fave for morning smoothies) does not contain aspartame.

On to this tasty summer Snack Hack! I hollowed out lemons for little “cups” for my frozen yogurt, but you can easily serve it in your favorite bowl. If you want to make the lemon cups, just cut a thin slice off the bottom so your lemon will sit upright. Then scoop out your inside and ta-da! You’ll definitely “wow” your friends and family with this one. Wouldn’t these be cute as desserts for a party? Just prep them ahead of time, store them in your freezer, and pull them out when you’re ready to eat!

Like I mentioned above, you can definitely jazz things up by combining your favorite flavors to create new frozen yogurt varieties! You don’t have to own a bulky ice cream machine, friends. Who has room for that? I’ve whipped up this lemon frozen yogurt almost 3 times this week alone. The honey helps give it that creamy texture, yum! It’s the perfect late-night treat for me and as far as Blakely’s concerned, all day treat. She loves it! She may or may not have given hers a sprinkle topping, ;)
